1 / ACCESS IN-PERSON TO THE PORTE DE VERSAILLES VENUE IN PARIS

In addition to the presentation of a valid entry pass, and in compliance with current health regulations, access to the VivaTech 2021 venue in Paris is conditional on the presentation of one of the three documents listed below, which must include the 2D-DOC code:

  • A certificate of complete vaccination cycle, including the time required for the development of antibodies depending on the type of vaccine or history of infection with Covid-19 (2 or 4 weeks after the last injection); or
  • Evidence of a negative PCR or antigen test less than 48 specific hours old*; or
  • Proof of a PCR test that is more than 15 days old and less than 6 months old, demonstrating recent immunity.
    These documents can be provided on paper or digitally (via the TousAntiCovid application, for example).

**If you do your test in a pharmacy, make sure that the pharmacy can provide you with the certified document with the SI-DEP code immediately.


In addition, 

- a maximum capacity of 50% of the number of authorized visitors, with a limit of 5,000 visitors at a time.
- the implementation of a real-time control system of the visitor capacity 
- the wearing of a surgical mask or a Category 1 fabric mask (UNS1)
- Seated meals inside (with a capacity of 50%) or outside in the areas provided for this purpose and within the limit of six people per table.

To facilitate your access, remember to print your press pass and come with your press card and valid photo ID. 

Journalists can enter through Gate V.

To attend Viva Technology in-person at the Porte de Versailles venue:

- Metro: Line 12 to Porte de Versailles station; line 8 to Balard station

- Tramway : Lines 3 and 12 Porte de Versailles station

- Bus: Lines 39 and 80 to Porte de Versailles station

- Car: Exit the Périphérique ring road at Porte de Versailles; Direct access to the venue from parking lot R –open 24/7
